On the 25th, Dongguk University Medical Center signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with BODYMAP for technology transfer, joint research, and mutual cooperation.

Through this agreement, the Medical Center will transfer its ultrasound-based sarcopenia-related technology to BODYMAP, which will be utilized in the development of healthcare devices and personalized health management programs.

Both parties plan to expand research and clinical applications using ultrasound devices, strengthen competitiveness in the healthcare field, and pursue continuous collaboration.

A representative from Dongguk University Medical Center stated,

“Through this collaboration, we expect to make significant contributions to public health by advancing scientific and systematic research on sarcopenia and developing personalized health management programs.”

BODYMAP, founded by Professor Seongyun Park of Dongguk University, is a digital healthcare startup specializing in the precise measurement of muscle and fat thickness and quality through advanced ultrasound technology.
