  3. Q [A/S] How can I request A/S?

You can request A/S through the 1:1 Inquiry feature in the app or by email at contact@thebodymap.co.kr.
Your request will be processed, and repair or service will be provided according to the subsequent procedure.

  4. Q [myoSonic Gym] Does the myoSonic Gym app include data management features such as member history tracking, group statistics, or report generation?

Currently, the myoSonic Gym app only provides the function to send measurement data to the server. However, based on user feedback, we plan to add features that enable detailed member management in future updates.

  5. Q [myoSonic Gym] The myoSonic Gym app is not registering the device on my tablet. What should I do?

For efficient device management and security, the myoSonic Gym app requires manual approval by an authorized manager before device registration is completed.

Please send the following three items to the [Bodymap Kakao Channel], and we will verify and assist with registration promptly.

    [Required Information]

    1. Business registration certificate
    2. Account ID used for registration
    3. Serial number of the device to be registered

  6. Q [myoSonic Gym] Can the myoSonic Gym app connect to multiple myoSonic devices simultaneously?

The myoSonic Gym app cannot connect to multiple devices simultaneously.

Only one device can be registered per account.

However, a single account can be used to sequentially measure multiple members’ muscles and send each member’s data to their respective myoSonic Fit app.

  7. Q [myoSonic Fit] When comparing muscle condition before and after exercise, does the app automatically analyze changes based on time intervals?

The minimum unit of muscle measurement data is one day.

Even if multiple pre- and post-exercise measurements are taken for the same muscle within a single day, the data is averaged on a daily basis. Therefore, you can primarily track daily pre- and post-exercise changes rather than time-interval variations.

  8. Q [myoSonic Fit] Can I delete saved measurement data in the app?

After each muscle area measurement is completed, you can choose either to remeasure or to save the data.

Currently, the function to delete saved measurement data is not available, but we value your feedback and are considering it for a future update.

  9. Q [General] Are reference values (normal ranges) provided for each muscle area? Are they classified by age group or gender?

There are no fixed average values for muscle quality, muscle thickness, or fat thickness by muscle area. Even among people of the same age and gender, these standards can vary depending on individual lifestyle habits such as exercise and diet.

We recommend measuring your current muscle characteristics with our device and working toward your target values by adjusting your exercise and lifestyle habits.

  10. Q [General] I’m curious about the update order of the muscle areas that haven’t been released yet.

The unreleased muscle areas are scheduled to be updated sequentially within this year. We are working to provide them as quickly as possible, and detailed timelines will be announced through official notices.

  11. Q [General] What is the difference between the myoSonic Gym app and the Fit app?

    1) myoSonic Gym App (For Business Operators)
The myoSonic Gym app is designed for businesses such as fitness, Pilates, and yoga centers. Trainers can use it to measure members’ muscle data and send the analysis results to the members’ myoSonic Fit app. It serves as a core tool for communication and management.

    2) myoSonic Fit App (For Individual Users & Members)
The myoSonic Fit app helps individuals manage their own muscle condition. Users who own a myoSonic device can perform real-time measurements themselves, while members without a device can receive and check their measurement results sent from the center through the app.

  12. Q [General] What happens if I don’t follow the measurement guide?

The measurement guide is designed to help you obtain accurate and consistent measurement results. For precise measurements, it is strongly recommended that you follow the guide.

  13. Q [myoSonic] Does the device make any noise during operation?

myoSonic emits gentle notification sounds that indicate power and operation status, helping users easily recognize device activity. These sounds are minimal and designed to enhance convenience and usability.

  14. Q [myoSonic] How do I perform a measurement?

    • (For the first measurement) Check the location of the muscle area to be measured (refer to the measurement guide).
    • (For re-measurement) Verify that the muscle area matches the previous measurement location (refer to the measurement guide).
    • Apply a small amount of ultrasound gel to the muscle area.
    • Relax the muscle in the measurement area and remain still.
    • Gently place the myoSonic device’s probe against the muscle area so it is fully in contact. (Pressing too hard may compress the muscle and cause measurement errors.)
    • Keep the myoSonic device perpendicular to the muscle area and minimize movement.
    • To measure, lightly press the operation button on the top of the myoSonic device once. (Pressing too hard may cause measurement errors.)
    • For accurate measurement, follow the on-screen instructions to take three measurements of the same area.
  15. Q [myoSonic] How long does it take to measure one muscle area?

It takes approximately 1–2 minutes to measure one muscle area on average, with three measurements per area performed for accuracy.

(Measurement time may vary depending on the usage environment.)
