Q [A/S] What is the warranty period?
Free repair service is provided for one year from the date of purchase.
(Consumable parts and damages caused by user negligence are excluded.) -
Q [A/S] Can the product be repaired?
Yes, it is possible.
If an initial defect is confirmed within 14 days of purchase, the product can be exchanged or refunded. In other cases, repairs will be handled as free service within the warranty period or as paid service thereafter.
Paid Service Cases (subject to charges):
– Damage caused by external impact or user negligence
– Malfunction due to abnormal usage environments (high temperature, humidity, shock, etc.)
– Malfunction caused by unauthorized disassembly or modification
– Exceeding the warranty period -
Q [A/S] How can I request A/S?
You can request A/S through the 1:1 Inquiry feature in the app or by email at contact@thebodymap.co.kr.
Your request will be processed, and repair or service will be provided according to the subsequent procedure.
