Q [myoSonic] Does the device make any noise during operation?
myoSonic emits gentle notification sounds that indicate power and operation status, helping users easily recognize device activity. These sounds are minimal and designed to enhance convenience and usability.
-
Q [myoSonic] How do I perform a measurement?
- (For the first measurement) Check the location of the muscle area to be measured (refer to the measurement guide).
- (For re-measurement) Verify that the muscle area matches the previous measurement location (refer to the measurement guide).
- Apply a small amount of ultrasound gel to the muscle area.
- Relax the muscle in the measurement area and remain still.
- Gently place the myoSonic device’s probe against the muscle area so it is fully in contact. (Pressing too hard may compress the muscle and cause measurement errors.)
- Keep the myoSonic device perpendicular to the muscle area and minimize movement.
- To measure, lightly press the operation button on the top of the myoSonic device once. (Pressing too hard may cause measurement errors.)
- For accurate measurement, follow the on-screen instructions to take three measurements of the same area.
-
Q [myoSonic] How long does it take to measure one muscle area?
It takes approximately 1–2 minutes to measure one muscle area on average, with three measurements per area performed for accuracy.
(Measurement time may vary depending on the usage environment.)
-
Q [myoSonic] How much does the device weigh?
The myoSonic device weighs approximately 100g.
Its compact size and lightweight design minimize wrist fatigue during use and make it easy to carry, allowing convenient muscle care anytime and anywhere.
-
Q [myoSonic] Can I use the device on areas other than the designated measurement areas?
Measurement is technically possible; however, because muscle tissue characteristics and structures vary by area, accuracy may be reduced. Therefore, it is recommended to use the device only on the designated measurement areas.
-
Q [myoSonic] How many muscle areas can be measured in total?
myoSonic can measure a total of 26 muscle areas, with separate measurements for the left (L) and right (R) sides of each area.
Full list of measurable muscles:
Front: Pectoralis major, anterior deltoid, biceps, rectus abdominis, forearm flexors, quadriceps
Back: Trapezius, posterior deltoid, triceps, forearm extensors, gluteus maximus, hamstrings, gastrocnemiusThe number of measurable areas depends on the app version, and additional areas will be released through future updates.
myoSonic Gym (Center App): 8 muscle types = 16 measurement points
Front: Deltoid (front), Biceps, Forearm flexors, Quadriceps
Back: Deltoid (rear), Trapezius, Forearm extensors, GastrocnemiusmyoSonic Fit (User App): 6 muscle types = 12 measurement points

Q [myoSonic] Isn’t the measurement process complicated? Are there any training materials or guides provided?
The myoSonic measurement process is very simple and easy for anyone to use.
A Quick Guide is provided with the device to help you quickly learn the essential operation steps, and you can access a more detailed User Manual through the QR code in the Quick Guide. In addition, video guides covering device and app usage, muscle-specific measurement methods, and important precautions will be available on the official myoSonic YouTube channel.
